Bryan & Lisa's Wedding Album Completed

Yay! I've been working on this album in what feels like forever. It's not even very fancy. My excuse is that we had a very busy summer that kept me out of the craft room. The following are some of my favorite layouts from the album that I haven't shown already.

This layout was used from a sketch given to use at a scrapbook retreat. Unfortunately I don't know the source.

I used the 'Base Camp' Cricut cartridge here.

Layout using the April Challenge sketch from http://www.scrapbooking.about.com/ .

I call this my naked page. I wasn't very inspired by the pictures to do anything so I didn't. It's actually one of my favorites in the whole album.

I started to use a sketch from Page Maps but then realized my pictures didn't work if I cropped them so the background paper is about the only element from the sketch used.

The last page.

Cards

These are cards I used from the leftover materials from the Scrap Kit Club. All of the designs were lifted from the pages of the fall-winter 2008 SU! Catalog.

Blessed

Another challenge from Scrap Kit Club was to use the word "blessed" on a layout.

The Little Things

Wow, a scrapbook page! I'm working on a challenge from the Scrap Kit Club through Paper Pals. We're supposed to follow a Sketch from Sketch This (see link on side of blog). I started off following it but then strayed.

Flannel Night Gown

Josie's doll, Ellie, models this flannel nightgown I made from a Simplicity pattern (I don't remember the number). The fabric is from Nate's old PJ's that he wore a hole through.

Boo!

This project has been on my to-do list for 10 years now. My friend, Jeannine, inspired me to actually get it out of the dust bunnies when she was telling me about her project depicting the words "boo" and "eek".

Cinderella

I'm toying with the idea of entering this into the Latah County Fair tomorrow. I finished it today and upon closer inspection it's very imperfect but I got to live my childhood dream of a) sewing, b) making a princess dress that I would have envied to wear and c) playing with dolls...all in an afternoon!

This pattern in Simplicity 5705 - the Disney Princess collection. Annabelle requested the Cinderella dress so now her doll, Elizabeth is the proud owner.

My good friend, Anita, just finished her craft room in her house and has invited me to come once a week to craft. I hauled my sewing machine there and little does Anita know that I have permanently housed it there. haha! So look for more sewing projects to come.....

Frames for the Girls' Room

These are pictures that are intended to go up in the girls' room. I've had them finished for months now but they still sit on the floor waiting to be put up. They are 12 X 16.

Misc. Cards

These are all cards I've made in the last few months. All of the designs are lifted from the Spring-Summer 2008 SU! catalog. I can't find it right now to give credit where credit is due. When I do come across it I will be sure to note what pages they are from.

I love this stamp!

For our friend's anniversary. I used the Cricut Storybook Cartridge.

For Nate's mom, Leslie. Again the Storybook cartridge was used for her monogram.
